O’Neal Mistry, a Washington attorney and founder of Mistry Law, has been practicing law since 2013 and possesses extensive experience working with clients from the U.S., India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, and other Asian countries. He earned a B.S. in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the Swanson School of Engineering at the University of Pittsburgh and a J.D. from the Southern University Law Center. Admitted to the bar in the District of Columbia, O’Neal specializes in real estate law and probate, including administrative work for trusts within the District. He represents clients in the Superior Court of the District of Columbia (D.C.). His legal career commenced at the USPTO in 2004, after which O’Neal worked at various law firms and served as in-house patent counsel for a medical device company. Currently, he is dedicated to providing estate planning and real estate transaction services through his law firm, Mistry Law.
O’Neal is very passionate about providing close legal representation to clients involved in business transactions and is always available. Furthermore, he believes that many pitfalls can be avoided by seeking legal advice early, before entering into contracts or fully understanding personal rights.
